Do you realize Alaska averages 7% PS? Their $306 x 1.07 = $327 effective rate!

Not whining but I’m not going to be like oh all these other Americans would love this. Do Drs do that?

Why do you think we don’t deserve PS?

Vote yes but I’m a no

So bets on the Pass line? I give it an 85/15 passes...
Looking good from the mid tier FO side of things, have to read all the fine print on the market snap up, but so far exceeded my expectations..

Which is actually smart business. We had a rough go as a company this year; this offers us fair compensation now without sinking the ship, which is important.

Minus profit sharing I think this is actually super fair. It’s really, really close to what I was expecting and not at all the super let-down that Spirit got, plus it’s got a snap up which will keep us competitive. I’m a yes.
wow. just wow.

I think this would be a better fit for you and strongly encourage you to pursue this opportunity: https://www.airlineapps.com/jobs/det...=First-Officer

But still… 20% raise when you’re making 300 grand a year. 99% of America would kill for that.
JB HR sure hit a home run with hiring this one.

you do understand the whole point of this TA?! It isn’t to compete with 99% of America’s salaries. It’s to compete with Delta and United salaries.

Our MEC sold us out and we came up short. Most union workers in this country would certainly not “kill for” that.

I’m not blown away, but I think this TA does what it’s supposed to do now. I think it’s fair… it’s a 20%+ raise for my next couple pay bands. It has a snap up, which be honest you guys didn’t even think was gonna be included. It’s within a percent or 2 of what I thought we could reasonably expect. Vote your concience and we’ll see next month.

It’s called perspective. Do you take everything so literally?

Why do so many of you have a default setting of “insufferable?”

Now I see why we got screwed. If this exceeds a bunch of people’s expectations, then I’m assuming the survey data was skewed low. We really are our own worst enemy.
