Not a home run, but not a strike out either. It's fair and definitely worthy of consideration IMO.

Ah, yeah, I’m kinda wrong… it’s 20% cumulative after 2024, not 20% immediately. My bad.

But still… 20% raise when you’re making 300 grand a year. 99% of America would kill for that.

What would they do for Delta’s 22% DOS raise?

I'm a little disappointed in the rates, but the other stuff looks good. my vote is going to be determined by the snap-up clause. what is it really going to mean? what is the worst case scenario on that? I need numbers on that to come up with my vote. I hope the union puts something together on that.

And 99% of America would do this job for half what we’re getting paid if they could start tomorrow.

And I’m happy with what I see. If all you guys are gonna do is whine youve gotta at least aknowledge that this isnt the insulting slap that the 3% we got was. For all the doom and gloom “ohhh theyre gonna give us 5% and call it good” this is absolutely worth considering.

Neither have we. Our 3% “raise” was for allowing the company to violate our scope. It was also to disconnect us from Alaska without really disconnecting us from Alaska apparently.
