Umm, what? They have a 4 year deal. This “short term extension” has 3 pay raises, and the entire time stays behind Alaska in total comp (pay plus guaranteed bonus/PS), and is behind delta the entire time, and will be, most likely, at least 4 years in duration. So, tell me more about this 50 year contract.

But in the meantime, vote yes to no profit sharing. I’m sure they’ll gladly just say yes next time B6ALPA asks because the JCBA boogeyman will get them if they don’t 😂

It is likely that you will have these rates 3 or 4 years from now, but that doesn't make your use of their end rates a valid comparison. Clear?
