I certainly don’t want to speak for him, so hopefully he can chime in about it. Just what I heard. Either way, I value his opinion and insight, as I did for the TA/CBA, despite not agreeing with everything then. I think he’s one of the smartest and level headed guys to speak with about it.

NOT the point. Was specifically replying to a comment about it being a ling term 5 year deal that we couldn't do anything about when in a year we could. Wasn't saying anything about what we are or aren't giving up or wasn't saying we should or shouldn't vote it down. Snark.

No offense Dok, but you’re not exactly what we’re looking for to represent us. Don’t hand me a sh!t sandwich and tell me how good it is. I’ve had enough of inept representation.

No that is the point. So what do you want us to do in a year? Negotiations for something we had but decided to give up? How long do you think that would take especially if it’s lucrative to the company.
So now we gave up something we had.
In a year we could start negotiations to get back what we had and the company will say sure but what will you give us to get back what you already had.
Honestly what do you think we could do about it in a year?

So, to Dok, there is NOTHING that could be done about this in a year... Nothing.
Payne's right.
