Anyone want to throw out predictions on how junior the Captain seat will go on this System Bid?

I think A320 will largely remain the same with those 2016 hires (#3100) getting their seat back a couple months ago via cancellation rights.

A220 will go #2500, a 2014 hire.

E190 I could see touching an early 2019 hire possibly. (#3600).

I’ll be probably be totally wrong….

I think you're right about the 320 and 190 going very junior. Are guys in that seniority range coming to JB with much TPIC? Just my anecdotal evidence is those who don't have much (or any) TPIC jump on the upgrade ASAP.

The 220 hard to say. But you're probably in the ballpark as well.

I thought the cancellation rights were all expired now (at 1 year from Dec 2020). There might be some guys with prior claim (Displaced to 190 etc), not sure the dates of those last displacements.

That is correct. I just mean from the last Supplemental Bid, which awarded A320CA for a few of those guys who had rights through Dec 2020. They’ll still be the plug after the 2022 Annual System Bid awards are published…or that’s my guess at least.

I think mid 3200+ for airbus cap and high 3600+ for 190
and probably 2900 for 220

think it’s going to be very junior all around. There is a lot of movement on this bid

I thought 8/16 the arbitrator was giving his ruling on the NEA grievance, or maybe it was just the last mediated session.

Hopefully the 320CA goes up just a bit more to 3300+
