So our planes are full, we took in all-time record revenue, all of our competitors are turning strong profits, yet we lost money. A lot of money. And now we’re gonna take on 4B in debt and try to merge the operations of 2 polar opposite business models, all while we’re steaming into an economic recession.

Gotta be honest, I don’t feel great about it.

I think you're being overly sensitive. I saw an attempt at humor, and not an intent to be condescending.

Who hurt you? Where did the Delta pilot touch you?

I’ve been at Delta for three weeks. It’s an airline. It’s a job.
No different than JetBlue other than it’s a better fit for me and my family. Well, there are other differences as well, but I won’t get into those, because it seems that would upset you and suddenly I would be the bad guy for writing down facts.

The CP addressed attrition in today’s pocket session. Rather than improving pay or QOL, he has some initiatives to show new hires how much fun Jetblue can be.

Attrition solved.
