My take: Someone must have been tricked into thinking she does a good job. OTP was as much her baby as Jeff's and it's a massive failure. Our terrible healthcare (which can be attributed to ALPA finally coming on property) was her project. Cabin cleaning is her big pet peeve. Poor work relations between the pilots/flight attendants (and even LSC office staff) and upper management can be directly attributed to her attitude towards employees.

Seems like a terrible choice for someone to "run the operation." I guess we can look forward to even more days of no pre-cancellations and 9 hour delays during a blizzard that takes days to recover from while everyone else precancels and recovers in less than a day.
If you ever had the opportunity, or misfortune, of spending any length of time at LSC you begin to realize the level of dysfunction, backstabbing, gossip(I'm not even sure how to describe it). Its incredible to see adults doing anything they can to step on one another to move ups the corporate ladder. Those who navigate survive, those who don't get fired.

If you are able to persuade someone your idea will cost less and work better you do well. Think outside the box with a non-operational idea and you are promoted. Meanwhile the actual operation continues to suffer since none of the decisions that need to made are made.

Jetblue will never recover its operational integrity until full scale management is changed.

They (BoD/C suite) don’t care about the operation. They are still making money hand over fist.

The most truthful statement about our operations. We have SOP that many times prevents us from an on time departure. We have to wait for a ding from the FA’s before we pushback. Good thing they never forget? Takes the Captain right out of it.

Boarding here is like trying to have a cup of coffee while you wade in a tsunami dodging debris while trying not to spill your coffee.

In the end Jetblue is printing money.....

Until they aren’t. Spirit seems to be doing OK ****ing off their customers repeatedly for years. Problem is......we are worse than spirit now.

How far back are we? Serious question for a serious man who claims to know ALL- Ladies & Gentleman---- The Q.
I asked for this information from the MEC via P2P and was told that total compensation per pilot is not a metric that is made available to pilots. Not in a conspiracy theory way, but in a “it wouldn’t be useful information” way.

It wouldnt be- What is useful is the ebtire value of the CBA when in place. I suspect most guys will determine the right choice for them. Others will vote to get back 15 years of BS and they will be acting foolishly.
