JetBlue Latest and Greatest

It should amaze no one here. Mis-managements last shake up has produced “I know...we will charge for bags. Hopefully everyone will follow.”
Just goes to show you the level of incompetence. Cheap fuel and cheaper labor for years has masked what we on the line see daily. My MX buddies in JFK tell me of all kinds of waste due to poor planning.
I can’t wait to see the next gouging idea for our customers!

I heard guys on here and Bluepilots talking about it. I only heard the Union say "we don't know what they'll need."
If the staffing was needed to cover increased vacation that doesn't start until 2020, why would they staff for it now?

Exactly, they will staff for it when they need it. With that being said, I think these numbers are way too low for this bid. But what the heck do I know? I fly my trips and go home...

I said they would need to add more pilots and they will.
The question is WHEN most likely knowing jetblue AFTER they are needed.
The reserve rules are being phased in and the company is now making pairings as cheap as they can going up against the contractual rules without much buffer. (Gee I wonder how that will turn out)The other main driver will be vacation and that’s not till Jan next year.
You guys know the company isn’t going to do jack until they have to why would it be any different now.
