CBA section 3.K.3.a is the reference. “When the Pilot (or Instructor) is scheduled to work (including training) on a Special Pay Day designated in this Agreement, the Pilot shall be compensated at a rate of two (2) times the Pilot’s normal base rate of compensation for the scheduled or actual credit hours on that day or four (4) hours credit, whichever is greater”

So you’re telling me there’s a document we can reference for this type of information? Is it possibly available in PDF form and searchable? That would be great!

/sarcasm

I’m not making fun of people asking questions about the CBA. Nobody knows it by heart. But giving out completely wrong information without double checking the CBA is lazy.

The real question is what are you doing underblocking on a double pay day?
I just throw the gear. . .I am not the big decision maker.

I can read just like everyone else. . .The reason I asked the question was because Rainmaker had taken away the :15 min of credit.

That wasn’t directed at you. It was directed at the guy giving you bad information.

Happy New Year Jet Blue guys and gals. Could someone PM me with the OAL jumpseat process? I am used to the old school way of walking up to the gate but I know it has changed. I need to get from DFW to MCO on the 8th and I would appreciate the lift.

Thanks for the help.

Anyone notice the new iPad doesn’t fit as snuggly in the 320 holder as the old one? I keep thinking I’m gonna break the iPad.

So the union sends out an email regarding the 'shortened reserve availability periods' the company is trying to pull and how it is prohibited due to the current FSM rules.

When the entire contract is implemented this restriction is gone? Am I missing something, soooo the fsm is more restrictive then the contract?

I hope I'm wrong.
