I haven't heard anyone talking about this. If the Hero's Act passes as is, it will remove the No Furlough clause attached to the stimulus grant money and replace it with "the date on which such financial assistance is exhausted by the air carrier." I hope it doesn’t pass. I know many just banking on the government $600 extra payout. Stop paying people more than they make at their regular employment and send them back to work! There is no incentive for Joe Smoe to work if they can make $1k a week sitting at home.

This. It’s already becoming an issue in places that are opening back up. People are refusing to go back to work since they are making more off the government. It’s almost like this is what the politicians want

It’s exactly what AOC and her far-left Comrades want...they see this as a bridge to universal basic income.

UBI actually has a lot of right wing friendlies. Time to expand your mind. The times they are a changin’. One day we’ll move past this team sports bs and deal strictly with what works and what doesn’t.

I’m far from the far-right...but the Green New Deal, and whatever they’re cooking up to impose their brand of social justice and more government control of my life will NEVER work.

Never said you were... let’s leave the labels behind. Nobody is trying to control your life.
