Please give me a rational explanation as to why you think that $190 million won't help.

What I don't understand is how the f9 crew may fall for this crap again? If I remember correctly they were told to take concessions, which they did, to avoid bankruptcy the first time. They still went to bankruptcy and just start the bankruptcy at lower pay and benefits.

What part of the company finances and losses don't you get? It's not like some behind closed doors thing that we are just taking their word for. If it was, the other players wouldn't be falling for it either.
Can't you guys get off this whole "don't fall for it" thing? If not, at least give us some idea about where you think they're hiding the money from the shareholders. Do you guys listen to George Noory?

Don't really know all the ins and outs of the situation there, but is it possible that BB will grow Frontier while shrinking Republic if the FAPA ends up taking concessions?
(Or it that impossible to do with the current contracts)
Just curious.

Concessions from FAPA, Airbus, etc. will add $120 million to the bottom line. Given those concessions, the BOD is willing to fund another $70 million to Frontier to keep it going. Absent the concessions, Frontier's losses will exceed the FFD profits. Shareholders care about profits; the BOD answers to the shareholders.

You have to fix the underlying problem with your airline and that's revenue.

On the dollar amount - our give is only worth $10-15 million (I forget which). The rest is a non-sequitur.
It's conceivable, but has virtually nothing to do with what we're paid. Seat mile costs on E-190's are higher than Airbuses, and even the RAH guys worked for free, that wouldn't change (the total pilot cost is on the order of 0.2 cents per seat mile - the difference between airplanes is measured in whole pennies).

What shocks me so much is that the F9 guys actually trust Bedford. I truly hope the day doesn't come when we say "we told you so", but if you do vote to take concessions...again...it'll happen sooner than later.
Trust me, I want this circus to work as much as the F9 guys, but just about every possible wrong move is being made by them.
