So as far as JB is concerned is it safe to say they went through the applications on file and pulled what they wanted and the rest should just reapply in the next window???

Yes, but if you didnt get called then dont feel bad. Re-apply when the window opens.

Not unusual. From the time they first really started hiring again in 2010 to last year, I think I re-applied three times. They tend to purge applications and get people to re-apply to make sure they're not calling people that are just blasting out apps to every airline hiring.

I'm sure this has been covered in this thread but whenever I go in and update times I only have to hit save correct? There isn't some sort of "APPLY" button I've been missing? Other than initially applying for the job when I started the application way back when.

When I go to Profile Overview and it shows you the application in a PDF format, at the end I only have that date there.

Is there a phone interview when they call? Or is it just to set up the interview?

Assume that ANY time you talk to someone in hiring you're being interviewed. I'd do that for any airline. It's not a formal interview, but I could imagine if you come across wrong on the phone, the actual interview (if it gets scheduled) will be an uphill climb.

If it were me, I'd for sure know things like bases, fleet make up, company plans for the future and the company values for a phone call to set up an interview. It can only help to know that stuff just in case. Basically go to the website and look over the basic stuff in the standard "About us" section, maybe some in the "investor information."
