Total days of work with the trips in dfw is down 22.2% from 1,232 to 959.
at current ALV expect around 65 reserves in dfw. If ALV’s return to 90+ hours expect 80-85 reserves and 55-60 line holders in dfw on the ca side. Both #’s are way up from approx 45 this month. PHX will be worse then DFW with the roughly the same base sizes and the considerably smaller amount of flying for that base. Don’t be surprised to see nearly 100 reserves on the CA side in phx if line values go up. If they stay current there will be a total of approx 240 total (CA & FO) on the AA side, of values go up there will be approx 350 reserves on the AA side alone.

"Mesa expects to receive a total of $92.5 million in connection with the Payroll Support Program under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”) covering the period April through September 2020. In April Mesa received $30.8 million under the program and expects to receive $15.4 each month from June through September."
Mesa reported over 3 millions in net income, where most other airlines reported tremendous losses.
Those earnings were achieved with 30 millions cares act support. Mesa is about to report another quarter. Expect to see even greater net income, as 61 million cares act payroll support will be added to that quarter. Flying HAS way increased compared to the previous quarter.
Mesa CAN NOT FURLOUGH unless the cares act money is depleted.
Vote NO!!!

The Company is planning to downgrade less than half those furloughed. Your estimate is the other direction.

There is no basis in reality or numbers for this estimate. It's your highly uneducated and hopeful guess. I ran real numbers with real seniority. I think it's going to be bad. Also your ratio of furlough to downgrade is skewed in a strange direction.
The Company is planning to downgrade less than half those furloughed. Your estimate is the other direction.

You lost your credibility on this board a long time ago when you stated:
FO's are making less on unemployment than on 68 hours reduced pay.
WRONG!!!
Have you ever been unemployed? You have to prove that you're searching for work.
WRONG again!!!
Flying is way down come October.
WRONG once more, as Union members confirmed on conference call yesterday that the flying is projected UP for October.
STOP spreading Misinformation.
Seriously.
Be smarter than Pangolin -. VOTE NO!!!

Welcome to Mesa, you should see how some of our senior CA’s talk to the FA’s (you’re 60, that 18 year old fresh out of highschool doesn’t want anything to do with you creep) and behind closed doors. You’d swear they thought they were still in the 8th grade.

If I would have upgraded..I would be downgraded anyway yeah?!
Literally every other airline is doing deals for furlough mitigation. All the no concessions til furlough people..are in fact making concessions to save their jobs and their coworkers jobs. This is our deal. Mesa pilots going to be the only one to hold their company to the fire? Great way to screw the people who are left..because they won’t be caring about 8 hours pay when they’re now sitting ready reserve instead of holding a line. Or commuting across the country to sit reserve.
They’re going to furlough anyway..but the numbers are lies? Which is it. No voters seem to be confused!
