Vote YES and make them pay.
Negative. The 20k if you are not a captain by Year 3 is null and void. Call HR to verify. Bonuses are canceled

Knowing ol’ JO, this wouldn’t shock me at all. The beatings will continue until moral improves, only this time with less money!

I have taken VLOA. It is a better deal. Again - I understand the junior captain side that a YES vote is a must for them based on downgrades, but this deal is a bust for current reserves with endless reserve ahead of them until flying comes back (and most with no ability to vote). Bonus or not. Also I know that everyone is in a different situation when they vote and none of this will change that.

Reserves who in base should have no issue with this MOU At all. Rather they should fear a forced commute due to displacement to another base in the huge furlough shuffle.

SDF loses all their FOs. Most of their CA. PHX will displace a ton. It’s not going to be pretty.

Understand this. Just want the senior guys thinking "I'm going to vote yes to save everyone's jobs" to realize what they are voting for. When flying comes back anyone on the list right now is off reserve pretty quickly.

I'm with you on this. I think this deal is going to pass 70/30, so all of this argument is a moot point. It's just the demographic of the pilot group.
