I’ll follow up on this and say everyone needs to know their worth. This value is different for everyone. The MOU put it over the top in my personal situation to bail. If you talk to another FO in my same class and it may be a different case.

I’m glad you are willing to give up our pay until the next contract. You clearly had NO clue of the facts when you voted. If you think this will all be over in 3 months, you are CRAZY. Thank you for caving to management.

Here we go again with someone who clearly didn’t actually read the LOA.

I don’t think it will get extended. I think after the holidays are over we will go straight to furlough. Hope I’m wrong.

Congrats to the babysharks on the win. Pilot group has spoken. I can push back my FEDEX driver job for another few weeks.
I would just like keep this thought in everyone’s mind. The MOU is only in place while Mesa decides if they are going to furlough. It does not prevent Mesa from furloughing inside of December 31st. If they furlough, the pilot group goes back to 76 hours and MOU is canceled. It does not say the company can’t cancel the MOU during the 90 day period it has established. If United and/or American flying changes, it’s to the unemployment line within 2 weeks notice and with no WARN act notice.
If the company pushes back our monthly bidding because they don’t know what the schedule is going to look like, then how can they tell what November or December is going to be like?
Food for thought. Congrats again babysharks. I hope you know what you are doing.
