Guess furloughs happening anyways in Jan. Thanks for lowering the bar.
Furloughs will snap us back to full credit. It’s 3 months only at reduced guarantee. For many being employed through the holidays is worth it.

Did your paycheck reflect the 170 pay scale?

What does that have to do with Warn notices. Start a new thread.

Absolutely nothing but this is the thread where MJpilot and I debate stuff. I could start a thread with that title if posting in this one is confusing to you.

Yes that would be ideal thanks. I can only wish I could be as smart as you one day with all of your infinite Mesa wisdom and insider knowledge lol. Have you ever thought of just messaging each other directly?

That would be like a boxing match with no spectators. Boring.

I post here to correct misinformation. Sorry you don’t like my thread choice. That’s on you.

Wheres the proof of the company doing this? The contract doesn't delineate pay by seats, it's by type.

No proof. Just suspicion. May not do it at all.

They can’t, contract is based off of type and weight, not seats. If they had gone with 79, 76, and 70 seat pay-scales then they absolutely would. But they didn’t. They went with CRJ 900 classic, CRJ900/E175, and CRJ700/E170 for the headers on the pay-rates. Removing 6 seats does not in any way turn a E175 into a E170.
