How long is training and is it a good training environment? How are they if you were to need an extra sim? I have heard of some regionals not wanting to do give you extra sims and some are willing to if you have a good attitude..

If you read the thread, this question has been beaten to death. Why would you apply at ANY airline if you expect that you're not good enough?

Mesa seems pretty reasonable with extra sims/help. My knowledge of other regional training departments is only second hand, but I'd say a new hire is less likely to feel slighted by the sim instructors here, or feel like there's a failure "quota".
Unless you have serious doubts about your ability, just try hard and you'll be fine. The pace is relatively slow, so there's plenty of time to learn.

Thanks RV5M. I have some questions in general about Mesa. Do you mind if I PM you?
