You’re not welcome at NJ. Nor should you be.

Don't mince words V, tell us how you really feel...

Retirement is coming in September, Part 121, and I would still like to work. Would I be considered as a pilot candidate??
Unlikely without 135 or corporate experience.

Well if they want 100-150, they are gonna need more than 5 a class. Only getting 5 should be sending a tidal wave through HR and management, to get 100 people to show up they will have to massive interviewing.

Do they really expect guys to wait 6+ months after the interview for a class date and continue to jump through hoops with additional skype interviews etc. in the meantime?

Maybe its part of the interview process. If you're still around after all that you must really want the job?

Management and HR were so far up their own butts that yes, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they legitimately thought that people were willing to wait, and jump through every hoop possible to get a job there. And when 5 out of 12 show up, they don't take that as a red flag at all. To prove that point, just look at the last time they interviewed, they did the EXACT same thing as they did with this round of hiring. Opened the hiring window, conducted phone interviews, flew dozens out to interview, put them in the pool, then called them to reinterview because they fired Deanna, then didn't even bring a single person in for a class. Fast forward to almost a year later they did it to another crop of people, and they will continue to do that until they are way behind the eight ball, and have ****ed off every last person wanting to actually work there by giving them the run around.

Thanks for the information guys. BTW, I am all civilian, Corporate and 135, and then 121. I don't want to go where I am not wanted.

This nonsense happened to me over a year ago. I would have made the jump over. Not now. The place was a headache and I didn’t even work there.

Allegheny, with the way this management treats the pilots and a sub pilot contract, you aren't missing much here.
