Once upon a time before the current contract, a long Long time ago, I applied to work at Net Jets as a pilot, and was offered a position, but did not accept the offer. I have heard that if one were to reapply, after turning NJA down, that person would not be considered.
Retirement is coming in September, Part 121, and I would still like to work. Would I be considered as a pilot candidate??

Do they really expect guys to wait 6+ months after the interview for a class date and continue to jump through hoops with additional skype interviews etc. in the meantime?
Maybe its part of the interview process. If you're still around after all that you must really want the job?

Management and HR were so far up their own butts that yes, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they legitimately thought that people were willing to wait, and jump through every hoop possible to get a job there. And when 5 out of 12 show up, they don't take that as a red flag at all. To prove that point, just look at the last time they interviewed, they did the EXACT same thing as they did with this round of hiring. Opened the hiring window, conducted phone interviews, flew dozens out to interview, put them in the pool, then called them to reinterview because they fired Deanna, then didn't even bring a single person in for a class. Fast forward to almost a year later they did it to another crop of people, and they will continue to do that until they are way behind the eight ball, and have ****ed off every last person wanting to actually work there by giving them the run around.
