Hey HR,
We are still hiring pilots like mad, with classes of 23-26 per month. Our attrition is good attrition, if there is such a thing, with United, Delta, American, and FedEx being final destinations for our pilots. We have also lost several to great positions that they could not turn down at EJM and Netjets. We need to hire like this to meet the staffing requirements for 47 new jets coming between now and 2025.

Here is some information for you. Do with it what you wish. I put in with Fly Exclusive on the same day that I applied with 4 other companies. Heard back from 3 nearly immediately (I meet the hiring requirements on all - including being typed on one of their current aircraft and one of their future aircraft). Fly Exclusive & one other company I have yet to hear back from. One would assume that their selection criteria may be significantly different than other companies, that or they are so back-logged with applicants that they are too busy to get to it. Who knows.

FO hours are paid at $50/hr over 30. As far as an average goes it’s hard to say. Totally dependent on aircraft MX/availability and demand. You’ll have good months and bad months. If* you get a good plane and can keep moving I’d say 60-80 hours a month is fairly common on most fleets

by good plane I mean one that doesn’t go down for MX, Both fleets are decent, but it’s kind of a roll of the dice sometimes, know what I mean?

Long time reader, first time poster. I appreciate you guys reading. I just applied today, seeking info on recent interview experiences. My stats, 6000 hrs total, all 121 time. New to the idea of the 135 world, the 8/6 schedule is what’s drawing me to flyExclusive and all the great things I keep reading in this forum. Thanks for the help everyone!
