We are able to take pilots into the program at 800TT and no matter what time you come into the program with you have to fly 50 hours as an FO for us (part of the waiver). So, if you come in at 800TT, those first 200 hours as an FO will not count toward your ATP. If you come in at 1,000TT, those first 50 hours that you are required to fly as an FO will not count toward your ATP. Once you hit the 1,000TT and 50 FO hours, you'll become a restricted Captain.
