I get about 650 a year. Highest month was about 120, lowest was about 35. Typically around 95-110 hour average for 6 months. As a PIC hire, slightly more than half should be PIC.

2-3 days travel in, 60 days on site, 2 days travel home. 60 days home plus extra days away from site for paid CONUS training (CAE recurrent, annual training, CRC, FSI Sim, etc). 2-3 days travel in.... repeat until UA DL FX AA K4 UPS calls. There is some flexibility, but you have to work with the Chief Pilot. They have, in my experience, always been accomodating as long as they don't wind up being overstrength, and you aren't asking for something outlandish that doesn't also benefit the company.

Your schedule should roll right about 20 or 24 days a year. Meaning if you start your first rotation on 1 June this year, your 4th trip will start about... 22 June in 2021. That is about the only downside from my foxhole. I had an almost perfect schedule for over 4 years, and this summer it starts to unravel. It will be 3 years before I get Christmas, Easter/ Spring Break, and the Summer school Break off.

L-3 SIC pay is ~650 a day. PIC is ~905. CAT pays everyone ~700 a day with 100 extra on fly days. They also get per diem. MAG pays everyone somewhere around 850.

And CACI is 850 a day. 900 a day if you don't need medical benefits.

Most or maybe All military contractors are offering internal company recruitment bonuses. If you're thinking of going that route, you should get with a pilot in that company and have them"recruit" you. And then split the money. Win-Win
