I think the 8 month upgrades are over...but it is not too far off for previous 121 guys. I would guess that it will be about a year.

The FO's with no previous 121 time that were over hired a year ago are getting closer to 1000 hours and will start upgrading soon.

At a minimum, you're looking at a very quick ride up the FO list.

You don't need to bypass to hold CLT captain. Just make sure your number 2 pick is CLT FO.

Why do you want # 2 as CLT FO if you want to be a TYS CA?

You've been a reserve for 6 years at PSA? How are you still on reserve? By choice?

I thought people were able to hold a line straight out of IOE.....I must have missed something...

Yea you missed that he is a CA not a FO so he went back to reserve from being a line holding FO.

Still a heck of a lot of time to have to wait to hold a line as a CA at CLT....but everyone is always talking about FO figures....I guess CA figures are completely different. So I am guessing once the FO moves to CA after that promised 18 month upgrades, he'll be looking at that amount of time on reserve if one wants to live in CLT?
