I don't know; approximately 1130-1140 would be my guess.

I'm not sure what the ratio is but I've heard 1700-1800 pilots on property. Which accounts for pilots in training/management.

Seems about right end-point (150 planes x 10 pilots per plane) + 150 or so for training/management.

Hmm...so it's 10 pilots per plane, not 10 crews?

PSA is as of now overstaffed with F/Os then...

10 crews per plane would be 20 pilots per plane. That's 3000 pilots. Definitely not.

Looks like there are around 200+ FO's that are in training or waiting for ioe. We are not overstaffed as they are junior manning pilots often.

The company has declared critical coverage twice in March already so not sure that is true.

I would say yes and no. First, they have to be somehow overstaff to be able to guarantee the operation of extra planes which are coming. Second, I say yes to your question because mathematically based on pilot vs the planes on property, the ration is is high. I also say no because you need to account for those pilots not available yet to start .For instance, I know someone that is waiting for IOE since the first class in DEC, add all those new hires after that and management pilot, will significantly reduce the ration. Also, as the company continues to grow, the amount of management pilot will increase, therefore, opening spaces for line pilots.
