PSA uses the word flow to make themselves feel better. They still have to interview. They can not go around it either. They can't apply before their current 20 years is up.

I don't work there (thank god). Ask the esteemed recruiter what they have. From what I gather PSA gets 4 spots/month. I don't see any incentive for them to make that any better, at least not anytime soon.

You're right, they are. Having PSA on your resume has absolutely no affect on ones ability to get hired. In fact the MEC chair just got hired at Delta. If someone who helped propagate the last contract can get hired at Delta then obviously being from PSA has no affect.

What's the incentive to increase flow numbers as long as there is an attraction of quick upgrades? Good luck taking "your talents" to Delta or United. There are thousands of other RJ captains that are still waiting for their talents to be called upon (who, by the way, don't have PSA stamped on their resume)
The video is on jetnet under CLT crew news, I'm not sure where it would be on your internal site.

Most mainline pilots don't even know what the names of the current cadre of regional airlines are. "PSA huh? I haven't heard of it...your uniform looks like USAir?" Insert almost any other regional airline. Add that to the fact that most mainline pilots could honestly care less about regional politics. The fact that you think they care makes me wonder if your even an airline pilot... I hadn't even heard of PSA until about a year ago. And I'm sure the same goes for most other 135/91 guys. Your just delusional sublime.
Care less
Sorry

Just saw the video on jetnet. DUI Doug doesn't give a sh!t about your predicament and to be quite honest neither does anyone else. The pilot group at PSA agreed to work for slave wages and that laughable "flow". Everyone tried to tell PSA that the flow was a carrot on a stick. If PSA recruitment is having a tough time "selling it" (as Doug said it), then just wait for the music to stop. By that I mean when the time comes that all a/c are delivered and quick upgrades are history.
