Hmmmm. I wonder if he had any recommendations.... I think you nailed cause/effect above without realizing it.

The video is on jetnet under CLT crew news, I'm not sure where it would be on your internal site.

No trouble filling classes. They're currently doing smaller classes to help alleviate the training bubble.

Let's see...about half of the new hires are making $63/hr within 9 months of coming to PSA. Not as for first year pay

And that is by design.

AAG is under no obligation to alter the current agreement. They just have to meet at the table.

If AAG doesn't want to increase the numbers attrition will pick up even more as guys try to get out instead of waiting for AA, increasing the numbers would be a retention tool for AAG. Most other captains that I talk to are taking the first offer that they get, they aren't going to wait years for AA.

Since signing this TA, we've had several go to either Delta, United, UPS, FEDX, and Virgin. All with PSA STAPMED ON THEIR RESUME. So please tell me how it's hurt them???

Only one went to delta. Other regionals with less pilots had more than that

Point is, the PSA name didn't hurt them in getting hired.
