You would love to see Dayton burn down? You talk like that, and expect me to be OK with you flying my family around in an airliner? Compose yourself - that's just crazy.

Dayton actually seems to be turning around. I remember Dayton when the original Piedmont hub was operating. It's much different now and that's a good thing.

Yea, that's kind of what makes us at PSA what we are.
"I would be happy to accept your resignation".
When you claim it's family oriented, and that pilots are needed, this is an awful way to treat employees. This is how every email, news letter, etc. here reads.
People are right, there are worse places to be, but people in management like above, are what make it difficult to be happy here.

Pre-October, that's exactly how it was. I was spilling PSA unicorns out of my butt and things were good. Then they decided to make it us against management. In the span of a month, CCP was gone, lines went bad as we hired a guy known for his "crew planning" practices, and we got shut out of any and all info from Dayton. The only thing that remains is the fast upgrade. Which is good for those new to this, not so much to those of us that have been here slogging it out awhile. I should stop though because apparently here they will "happily accept" my resignation.
