The silence from your Union should corroborate this story. If they came out and denied it, national would have their hand forced on he truth.

Trust me if I had it I would. I didn't even get to see all of it. Let me explain how this all went down: your Union sent the letter to ALPA national. Unbelievably, even the scum at national that helped you guys before were appalled at the letter. "Someone" at national leaked the letter. I would be surprised if the Cuuj has even actually seen the whole letter.

I've seen it. It is true. I don't have it to post. Like the Cuuj said, ask your Union reps.
Why would the envoy guys be mad? Well let's see....You get awarded our planes and we shrink and stagnate. Before even taking a single airplane, your Union sends a letter to ALPA national saying that taking the planes right now will cause you to implode. They then suggest we(envoy) should commit to helping you by striking a deal to send you our pilots with the planes.

You may be getting your wish. Also hearing more the crj700s won't be going to PSA due to staffing and Aspen issues. They may get them eventually but maybe. It this summer.

AAG wants to keep the Dash 8 flying till they time out. They are paid for and cash cows. All the Dash 8's will be gone by 2019 so why not leave it alone and everyone on the Piedmont Property would be at American by 2019.
Oh well I guess the bean counters know what's going on.

I sure hope so! I could never understand the logic in moving the ERJ's to Piedmont. Paying for training, Opening and closing bases. Piedmont now has to train pilots on a new plane when you've already got a pilot group (ENVOY) that has operated the plane for like 20 plus years. It's like stepping over a dollar to pick up a quarter. For what??? Just Open an ERJ base for Envoy in PHL or DCA.

(Actually I'd agree with everything you just said so case closed!)

A couple of us have called and left messages. I'm genuinely curious. And I don't see why PSA would not take deliveries of the 700s at this point. We have the staffing, and we are still filling classes. Just need to get new FOs through IOE faster.
