The "fact" is that there is a letter. There are no "facts" stating that this letter was in any way harmful or done with malicious intent towards Eagle pilots.
One sentence about staffing is not a soapbox. I simply stated that we have the staff for around a certain amount of acft. We currently have about 80 acft. We also currently have about 1200 pilots, in addition a class started yesterday and classes are full for the next few months.....at least. Those are "facts". I'll assume 200 non active pilots between mgmt/sim/med/adm etc. That leaves room for 20-30 additional acft RIGHT NOW.

Having those planes stay at envoy allows FOs to upgrade without having to change companies and domiciles. This is true even if it's short lived.
The Envoy MEC has its own negotiating landscape right now, and the bigger the seniority list, the better the possible outcome.
That being said, a DOH offer would put many of the Envoy FOs in a respectable spot on the seniority list. However, that is only focusing on what is good for the individual pilot and not necessarily the Envoy pilot group as a whole.

AAG filed a SEC report that you had 800 as of 31DEC14. You're saying you went from 800 to 1200 in 5 months?
Who's lying, them or you?

you hired 400 pilots in 5 months? At your best you hired 60 a month. Lately that was reduced to 27 a class, and your current class wasn't full. Assuming you DID fill the classes, That would be 300, and would also assume zero attrition, and we all know that isn't the case.

A top secret thing called a "seniority list" says 1177.

I would transfer to PSA, but only under the following conditions:
I keep DOH
I keep my envoy position for flow
I get positive spaced for the commute
PSA does not get to modify thier current flow/interview agreement

None of you Envoy guys are getting DOH unless I, and others in similar situations, can get my original ALPA DOH transferred as well which would put me in the top 10% of the seniority list and close to moving up to AA. I say we just start hiring street captains and if any Envoy guys want to come over they can, along with the rest of any other applicants at the bottom of the list. They will just delay the transfer of the 700s a little bit at the very worst or give the 200s to XJT/SKW, either way no one from Envoy is getting a DOH seniority spot.

I would transfer to PSA, but only under the following conditions:
I keep DOH (for pay, not seniority)
I keep my envoy position for flow (I would like you to)
I get positive spaced for the commute (I would support this)
PSA does not get to modify thier current flow/interview agreement (I could personally care less about a flow at any carrier. They simply won't matter with the hiring going on in the next 5 to 10 years. Unless of course there is another 9/11 or economic collapse... Then a flow still wouldn't matter).
