From what I've heard, there's no more than 70 FOs on the list eligible for upgrade...which will be down to 40 by the end of the month. There's talks of having to waive the 100 hour FO consolidation time so that eligible guys can go straight to upgrade training after IOE.

(That is almost 80 people that will likely be eligible to upgrade in the next couple of months)
Many of these folks are surely getting close to 1000 hours, and will soon upgrade as well.

That may slow the "quick upgrade" for a few months, but with aircraft deliveries into 2017, I can't see it being a huge dent for long. Especially when we start experiencing more attrition off the top of the seniority list. The upgrade time for those with the prior 121 time will remain at less than a year for the next couple years and probably hover around 2 to 2.5 years for the 1500 hour CFI types.

Can any of the recently hired PSA FO's give a rundown of a typical month. Im talking about mainly, once you get on the line and actually flying. Im just trying to get an idea of what the schedule would be like for a low senority FO.
I know way ahead of time there will be some dues paid and the schedule will suck, just trying to get a snapshot of what the time on and off will be like. Im about a 3hr drive from TYS and have family there or Im about 10 min from BNA so I could commute to CLT.
