It's sad that the old timers can't realize that things are a changin' I try to cut them some slack because I know change is hard for old people.

Old and bitter? What a laugh after all the negative stuff you have posted. I enjoy my job. I like PSA and most the people.

Next time you ***** about the company I'll remind you life isn't fair........

Would rather see guys thinking for themselves and trying to sort stuff out rather than just following blindly into the night. New pilots = movement and/or growth, we should all be tickled pink to fly with the new guy. It is a sign of better things to come.

Mind flying with new guys? Not at all. It's part of what I enjoy most. I especially like the ones that want to learn. New guys here might mean that I learn from them. I've flown with a couple with as much experience as me.
I just think it's funny when kids spout off about topics they have no clue about. In this particular instance I frankly got tired of the dumbass ThreeGreen kid who is the worst I've seen on here. I've only been on here for a year and a half and rarely post. Just got tired of disgruntled employees and little children so I decided to post my opinions.

Pointing out crappy management and holding them accountable doesn't mean I'm unhappy. I've already explained life is great....80+ hour months, 14 days off, top 20% in base, weekends off, no chance of getting shot at, not landing on a boat on dark moonless nights, etc. I never said management was fair or unfair just disrespectful. I guess you have no spine and can sit back and silently take it. I won't sit back and let PSAJobs back pedal and act like this behavior is new to this management. People researching the company should know what they are getting into. Keep trying though.

BTW, PSA did have a flow through. That was before it was called PSA, even before it was called Jetstream International when owned by the legacy Piedmont. The flow through went away when Piedmont merged with US Air.

Supposedly working on getting approval
for LPV..It. will be nice to have that.

Hopefully in the not too distant future when the majority of pilots in this industry are "young entitled junior guys" you can get over yourself. Good luck spending the rest of your career resentful over nothing you or they had control over.

And if you joined the airlines 5 years ago, it was after the crash of '08. You should have known what you were getting into. No sympathy.
