Very true Pagey but, nobody knows the correct answer. What happened, happened, and as of right now its working out in PSA's favor. Whether you were a yes voter or no voter at this place it just doesn't matter anymore. The yes voters were not right and the no voters were not wrong because everything could/will change down the road when the music stops.

1000 hours part 121, and pass upgrade training.

(or some part 135 with passengers are counted, as well as some part 91K time....just look at the FAR's)

Well, it depends.. carrier ops specs may dictate a little higher.

PDT requires 3,000TT, besides 1,000 121 hours.

That's what I was curious about. If PSA had internal upgrade minimums for insurance purposes?

No, but you must be ready for upgrade training. They will NOT pass you if you are not ready.
