Living in base is #1 for qol.
I have worked at republic and Psa.
I would recommend republic--even with the current filing.
Much better contract/pay etc.
The 170/175 is a great product, the flying is more fun then the out and back here and the lines are more effiecent.
Also clock starts with Door closed and brake release vs Psa's movement that is frequently not captured and dispatch will not change it..

I'll have to agree, having flown 121 before, the flying at PSA is boring. when you do get an overnight in what you think is a decent city the hotel is next to an old citcuit city parking lot and there may be a long john silvers 3 miles down the road that the van will drove you to IF they're available .

Delta has more or less announced that they are doing away with most of their regional flying and it is moving to mainline. That will mean much less flying at the regionals. The time frame for the arrival of the C series at Delta coincide with the end of the retention bonus at Endeavor. That will likely mean that those at Endeavor that do not go to Delta will be looking elsewhere for a job, or be stuck with what flying is left making very little money.

Go and fly for an air ambulance or a part 135 operator. That is where you will get the most money and TPIC.
