That sounds like a problem with you not the company.

I can see it now. "Envoy steals psa's envoy 700's" hahaha

And I heard that the chief pilot AC told a recent recurrent class that all the future transfer will be commited to ORD flying and to expect ORD opening Jan 1st. Basically another person from management. So rumors are just that: rumors. No one knows.

That's why I said rumor. Just passing on the rumor started in the forum. But reality it all makes sense if we can't staff. That's the obvious

I would bet that if PSA announces an ORD base, it would bring in an extra 5-7 new pilots a month. Maybe a couple more.

It would be a commutable base.

At that point, Endeavor returns to industry lowest pay rates.
*Two and a half years. Cmon now. Easy math

So what's our pitch there? Come work at the lowest paid company based in ord? I'd love ord personally, but do we really think this will fix things? Another "not quite" fix in the works.

Here is how I see it, feel free to comment.

1) Parker only wants cheapest way.

2) Parker dupes PSA into low pay contract.

3) Parker makes decent investment in new CR9's.

4) PSA ultimately can't attract pilots because of low pay.

Part two: Considering the above facts. How does Doug wreep more cost benefits by moving the aircraft to another more expensive contract carrier, or mainline, rather than increasing PSA FO compensation to an attractive level?
