Pretty sure you read my message wrong, but I'll clarify. The C-Series order will be flown by mainline Delta pilots and the routes will replace the need for regional flights. My point being that with fewer regional flights Delta will not need to continue offering the retention bonuses to Endeavor when they expire in a year and a half. At that point, Endeavor returns to industry lowest pay rates.

I hope your right but, their past hasn't held that to be true.
How many times has it been relaxed vs strengthened in the last decade?

It has not been relaxed in the last decade. Thankfully I think they learned their lesson.

Must be all that growth and stability they keep talking about.
And when you take out the 23 "PER"s (pilots who have flowed to mainline but remain on PSA's seniority list), the numbers are even worse than that.

Its pretty bad on the FO side. Junior mans are happening quite a bit. Im on SCR but havent sat still one day in two months. Ive been on trips every single day im working. They havent tried to JM me yet though. Seems like the total numbers were in 1180's back in JAN. Now its only down to 1170's.

1170,....... minus the 23 who have flowed but remain on our seniority list. So the real number is probably in the 1150 range.

And you may recall that the flow is supposed to increase by one pilot for every 62 (net) additional Captains that we add after January 1, 2016. Well, we're not even close to having an additional 62 Captains. In fact, given the attrition in the Captain ranks, our net Captains gain is right about ZERO in 2016. So I wouldn't plan on any increases in flow for a very, very, VERY long time.

The company knew this. It is exactly why they agreed to it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I read on here in June you get to talk about more flows (up to 8) ?

Right now in the airline industry, there is a year worth of change in a month, and a decade worth of change in a year.

The flows CAN get up to 8. That is true. It was last June and it is still now.

The problem is that AAG screwed the pooch and did not keep up with the industry and remain competitive. They have this illusion that people will value going to a wholly owned airline for some sort of perceived stability. At the same time, however, Parker himself said that he would gladly take flying away from his wholly owned regionals if the contract carriers could do it cheaper.

At this point, I think that all of the majors have a "plan", but that plan will likely have to change every few months. The future is just too uncertain.
