Oh absolutely, thats why I pulled the trigger back then. I knew I wanted to go to PSA, so I looked at it as a sunk cost. I cant really ***** though, because when I showed up for indoc I found out we were getting a 5k sign on bonus. We were the first class to get any bonus at all. There were also CTP people starting, but like you said, I got in and got a number before all them, so it was definitely worth it.

Any chance that a PSA New Hire can post some feedback on here about the Training track timelines, IOE schedules, base assignments, etc?
My letter says Charlotte or Cinci for sims, what determines that?
Thanks in advance,
Future FNG

The sims will be mostly in Charlotte where the 700 training takes place. The 200 sims are in Cincinnati. So it's not one or the other, you'll go to both places.

5 weeks in DAY covering INDOC, systems, -200 differences ground training, IPT's (cockpit procedural trainer on touch screen cockpits). Oral for your class spread over 3-4 days in CLT with two weeks of sims in CLT the week following. As of this moment, no backlog for IOE is what they're saying. I've been told -200 sim differences training is done in CVG fo allowing initial qual in the -700. After that, minimum of 25 hours in the -7/900 IOE and 10 hours in the -200. With no backlog, the footprint should be about 10-11 weeks from INDOC to IOE completion.
