That's funny, I haven't talked to a single CA who's been here for a year or two who doesn't already have apps out everywhere and will go to any one of the other legacies. Lots of movement in the next couple years. Guys won't be waiting for a 5 year flow. Mainline wide body CAs are being hired now, not 5 years from now.

They are hiring for attrition, barely.

I am curious. Is that all that are applying and accepting?

Currently there is no draw to come to PSA other than personally convenient base locations over other regionals.

I hope management has some other card to play...quick upgrade is not valid with 10 new hires a month.

So where is the guy they said January was slow only because of the holidays and February will pick back up with full classes for the next three months?

Doesn't sound like it based on those numbers. Anyone that's doing their research on these forums is probably getting even more spooked about this company.

Did you not just post the current and next new hire class sizes? That's some interesting stuff. Last new hire class had 5? Current one has 7 and next one has 7(as of now)? But they need to hire 50/month to staff?

I was looking at your comment as an argument not just a reiteration

my mistake.

I am an optimist so I do hope they figure something out.

There is a lot of good with this company, but the numbers are what they are and leave a lot to be desired.
