In the end it doesn't matter as Comair really owns nothing, Delta owns both.

A couple retired Comair guys ended up there, but you had to know the right people it sounded like.

It also sounds like most the time the pilots come with the planes from owners looking to charter out their jet.

I thought I read someplace Dalpa had a grievance against dal using non seniority list pilots or something for the planes.

There was/is little info available it seems like
I know a few folks over there and as of right now they are only hiring people that are already typed in their aircraft. They are no longer in the business of buying type ratings. Probably part of the Seagrave business plan of hiring already typed guys and letting them go before their recurrent rides.

They operate several business jets which exceed the maximum weight allowed by our scope. Our MEC approached management and asked them to remove those aircraft from service, and they denied the request. A formal grievance has been filed.

Any jet with 50 seats or less may weigh up to 65,000 lbs.

I see nothing much is going on at the R.M.S. Comair. I haven't heard a peep about Comair since I left, other than what's on this forum.

Anyone remember that FO that also milked venomous snakes down in south Florida?? I think he took one of the early outs a few years ago.

If someone knows his name can you PM me. I think I may have seen him on TV recently.

That's just adding insult to injury.
