I know RR days are worth 4:20 (hahaha). I believe the first paycheck is a "pay it forward check" and covers 1/2 of what company expects you to work. Then the 15th check is a "clean up" check which covers the previous months other 1/2, any overage above min guarantee, and per diem.
I just checked my online account and the kind folks at HQ did not put anything in mine?? I, like you, should have a minimum amount for my 2 days of hard work.

If Comair doesn't recall furloughs until mid 2009, or later the average FO will have been at Comair for 3 to 5 years. We will have FOs waiting 6 to 7 years for an upgrade. When and if the picture ever changes here, I don't see anyone applying here as long as others(even Mesa) are hiring.
What is this about Mesa letting pilots keep seniority and longevity to go overseas, or offering 110,000.00 if you give up your seniority. I know Comair's future business model is based soley on Mesa going under or losing the lawsuit. Unfortunately, I don't see either happening. Their stock is slowly increasing and if their pilots with 1000 PIC decide to go work overseas, a bunch of their junior guys will get upgrades, better schedules, better QOL etc. How did Comair go from such an innovative company to a bottom feeder eating the SH!! off the bottom of the pond?

Why do you see Mesa winning in court? Simply because of the injunction? (Serious question)
They had SERIOUS defaults on the performance parameters of their contract with Delta that will be, IMO, EXTREMELY hard to overcome. Their argument of why, or what specifically, caused the performance issues will be viewed, again IMO, as conjecture and irrelevent (ie. sour grapes). From my understanding, their contract with Delta didn't have stipulations on peformance; just simple performance numbers. And, as we all know, they didn't live up to those numbers. (ie. the contract terms)
I really don't see a leg they have to stand on.

I guess I just don't see it being that simple, or the judge would have ruled the first time. IMO Delta has manipulated each of the regionals at some point and I think this judge is seeing that. Last summer Comair didn't live up to Delta's perfomance numbers either. I think that Delta placing Mesa in JFK was a completely strategic move. I for one don't want to see Mesa stick around, but I believe people in this country are going to be held accountable after this election. Delta has a contract with Mesa and I think the judge will make them honor that contract. United wants to get rid of Mesa as well, but do you see them doing anything. I believe they aren't making any moves, because even they don't think Delta will win this.
I'll be watching this unfold as well.
