On a slightly different (less important) topic, has anyone had the pleasure of experiencing any of the new scenarios over in the MV/LOE department? Apparently November is the new month for them. I've got the great pleasure of trying to study for this recurrency while pondering a forthcoming furlough! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I agree. The memos sent out from DS saying that if we agree to flex lines again, it'll save alot. Giving into flex lines again won't do a thing. The more they walk over our contract, the more we have to stick to it. I'm going to be outa here soon, and I'm actually looking forward to it. Yes, I'm upset at the same time too, but its a good opportunity. Even if I did come back, it would be years before an upgrade.

Delta's appeal on the injunction has a hearing date of January 26th for opening aguments to be heard. Just thought I'd give an update, whether it matters or not.

I bet Compass will get that flying. I do not see Comair being part of DCI.

Also, does anyone have an update seniority list or know where I can find the link. I'd like to see where I stand exactly.

You're absolutely right but a quick look at the "demographic" of our pilot group makes that a bit unrealistic. Three times in the last four years we've voted YES on pay freezes and concessions and look where that's gotten us. Past behavior is a good predictor of future performance and I guarantee you given the chance there will still be plenty of folks willing to give up some more to save the country-club lifestyle in N. Kentucky with nowhere to go.

Pay cuts, PPAS, on-time, "right-sizing", furloughs, bankruptcy have not saved Comair and obviously nothing will.

Looking at the seniority list from July 120 will go back to Dec '06. I still can't believe how big of a joke this all is. In 6 months we went from hiring 300 to furloughing 300.

Does anybody know when furloughs get kicked off epic? I thought I wouldn't be able to get on now.

It will not matter, Mesaba will get the flying. Why did Delta give Mesba our last CRJ900?
