Obviously the more planes you have the easier it is to show a profit. But there is a lot of variables to consider to come up with the magic # of airframes. Fee for departure contracts would probably need a bigger #.
If BB had any brains the Q400 would have been the most profitable airplane he could have had on his fleet... Good luck getting into and out of Aspen with the E-170 you dumb son of a bishop...

I hope United and Delta do not renew Replacement Air Holdings contracts or better yet cancel them and take the flying back to mainline in the equivalent plane size.

CJC already has been out to DEN once to present the Q to United at their request I wouldn't be surprised if they did pick them up and begin service by the end of the year.

Good luck to all the Lynx guys as I talked to a few good friends last night who work there and I must say BB is an a** h***!

Do you hope they do the same thing with the Replacement Jet you're flying at your non-union carrier?

PARC Aviation is an Irish recruiting agency that has been and continues to hire Q400 drivers for a pretty good contract in Japan. In terms of contract aviation services, PARC is the number one player in terms of quality of service and reputation. If I were a Q driver I would contact them TODAY.

Check it out:

You should want that for ANY regional. More flying back at mainline=more higher paying jobs and better QOL.
