Actually one CAN be missing but all three are controlling. M/5/5 is obviously no bueno but M/6/6 is legal. 5/6/6 however is not. This is all provided the proper lighting and markings are in place and operational.

I have a quick question for my upcoming interview. If RVR is reporting m/5/5 can you take off? I really need help understanding this question that is found on the gouges. Please help. Also With the paperwork and log book, what errors would they send you home for? Mine seems to be right, and neat as it can be, Just wondering. Hate to be sent home for this and nothing else. Thanks.
Look on the back of the chart for the answer. It will tell you the visibility requirements and anything else needed. You wouldn't be expected to know Eagle's opspec so just read the chart.

Look on the back of the airport diagram. It'll list the requirement and say how many reporting stations can be missing.
