I'm not saying I'm banking on it. In fact I'm not nor do I want to upgrade with 1500TT and a 250hr guy next to me. I just don't think it's safe. If it happens great if not well I didn't quit my day job either.

If you want to come over do it now is a good time.

Sounds like you are in fact, "banking on it." Totally disregarding living on 2nd year pay because if you have 1500 TT, you will be a Captain???

If I was banking on this all working out don't you think I would quit my old job? I didn't because there is no guarantee in flying hence why I haven't resigned from my old position. I can disregard all pay since I'm not banking on this place paying my bills; I gotta get back to studying but good rapping with ya!

Considering in '08 and '09, no mainline was hiring and no regional pilots could move on, every FO at that time had their upgrade time increase by two years.

The same can be said in '75, '80, '01 and probably a bunch of other times oil was short and/or expensive.

Default interview info

Exactly as on Willflyforfood.com.
No payroll deduction for training.
24 month, pro rated training contract.
New SAAB expected every 21 days.

Current CA told me they just bought another airline that flies exclusively to Paradise Island in DHC 7?

New management. Academy closed.
Name change and re-branding coming soon.

Paradise Island Airlines hasn't been around for awhile if I recall also they closed the airport that those guys flew into and now it's just Nassau which GIA already flies into.
