You hate to stir the pot huh?? If that's true, then those pilots have done themselves a disservice. How is that going to look to a prospective major airline in the future? You let an airline invest in you and put you through training, only to bail on them for another regional? To me, this is a character issue...even an ethical issue. People who do this do not deserve to be hired at a major...I sure as heck would hire them. Cant stand when pilots do this. Rant over.

Most correct answer is the one you can find on the gouge about the FA and captain. Don't take her into your room. Console her and try and just calm her down for the time being in a quiet but public spot, find a empty conference room and leave the door open, Don't play detective, she's drunk for all we know she may be lying about the whole thing. Maybe the two of them have a history together? Who knows its not your business.Have her call her HR and you call yours as well as crew scheduling and your Chief pilot. Obviously this crew shouldn't be flying together after this. Don't try and solve anything or go and start interragating the caption. Let the people who are trained for this do their jobs.
