All ill say is the finish line is a lot closer than some of you think. The parked articles are essentially finished minus 1 or 2 items in each. They put those aside with the idea of coming back to them when more progress is made in other areas.

I disagree. I could be wrong and you could know some people at the table, but the company states they want a TA by April 30th....only to stop cooperating and refusing to negotiate further on several articles. "Unwilling to negotiate further" were the words used. Haven't TA'd an article in 5+ weeks....still 11 open articles remaining by the NC's latest update. They wanted a TA over a month ago and are in the drivers seat to get one, yet they very obviously will not do what is necessary to get it done. Every NC update for the past 4-5 weeks has had a mostly pessimistic and negative tone describing the company stubbornly rebuffing our NC on the articles that matter most to our pilots here that will finally give us some relief in our QOL and in our pockets...they won't do it after nearly EIGHT YEARS now and we have to sit here and listen to Bryan Bedford blame the pilots and the union during earnings calls to the public and investors. Its truly astounding. Seems like nothing but the same old song and dance from Republic Airways but what do I know I'm just another greedy pilot

Will the IBT move forward with legal actions to get us the right to strike or are we just riding this turd till it's dead?
#528
Can IBT prove that the company is not negotiating in good faith? Nope.
Can IBT force the company to what they would like to see ? Nope
Can the IBT prevent BB deactivating 6 airplanes and use them as spares? Nope.

No, but they can prove there has been a violation of the status quo (there have been several) and that would give us legal grounds for strike. I think that would motivate them for action.
