Agreed. JM is not a deal breaker, if done correctly. 150% at a minimum of 4 hours in addition to previously flown that day. That's 6 hours minimum per assignment day. If goes into day off, another day off of pilots choice. Limit 10 per year. If RAH doesn't want that, it's their problems.

5 per year and I would sign up. Also no requirement for being contactable.

What do you guys get paid if you get stuck somewhere because of weather the last day of your trip, and you have to operate the flight back in the morning on your day off?

Envoy get 4 hours or 2X whatever we flew.

This occurrence is far and above the most frequent type of junior man. And I actually look forward to their possibility because I was probably going to finish late the last day of the trip and because the morning is usually just one leg back, however I'm not an OT guy, but I'm usually looking to see if they'll JM me into another turn that day because at 2X you have a chance to make 16-18hours for the day.

The other Jr Man situations I'm typically not available for, didn't see their call, have already left the airport etc. the trick is finding a loophole where you are not contactable.

Just my opinion

We're lucky to get 4 hours above guarantee if your "stuck" working into a day off. No sort of override and you have to battle payroll to get paid. As far as the whole JM thing, the ways that RAH would abuse it are too numerous to list. Even if there are "contractual protections" regarding its use, RAH will find a ready made loophole or just disregard it altogether. "Fly it and grieve it" is the mantra here. I believe it may actually be one of the "guiding principles".
