Here is in in the words of a recent new hire:
Wild horses couldn't keep me at that place. It was beyond appalling. Let that be a warning to anyone even contemplating going there. I've worked at several airlines around the world and Republic was the worst run out of all of them by a country mile. I quit on the 4th day of training.

The terms of the Frontier sale were not announced, I would suspect that RAH kept a good chunk of Frontier's debt, I don't see the sale being a favorable one for RAH.

F9's debt goes with the sale.
Bankrupt? Huh. So banks are gladly financing us for 50 brand new 175's (with more to come) and you think we're a risk for bk? Yup. With that thought process I'd go hang with Moonwolf at Air Wiscancel.

Not saying I disagree with you but AA had one of the largest aircraft orders in history (to that date) right before they went into BK.

I hope it works out for you guys and you get new planes/contracts- without that, Wisco is a risk and I would avoid it.

How do you know the debt goes with the sale? Where is it in writing? Also AA filled BK with 500 airplanes on order while loosing 1 billion annually and over 4 billion in cash. Ohh and AA consigned the loan, go look at the court documents.

I suspect that your wrong about the Debt. Article mentioned almost 110 million in assumed debt taken over. http://www.denverpost.com/business/c...s-is-finalized
