I'd just like to know where I can see a letter where Republic management asked legacy carriers not to hire their pilots.

I know a memo went out in company, saying that it never happened, and proof should be provided. Proof is a fair burden in any accusation.

Can you link to it?
I missed this. No I haven't seen the document. I doubt it exists. It would probably be a conversation if it ever even happened.

Lets put it this way, you can't hold it unless you upgrade into the Q and even then only if some guys quit. So you might as well not consider DEN as an option.

Also this same question has been asked repeatedly. If you're really thinking of joining the team at least do a little research before your decision

" This morning, another issue with the Fliica PBS was found. At first, it looked to be isolated to the awards of a few pilots. It quickly enlarged to such an extent that the only solution at this time is to stop and wait for Flica to fix the problem before a complete rerun of all the bids. We do not have a current time-frame for the awards to be published.  We will let you know when we can have a fix and can restart the bid runs."

Just another day at Republic Airways Holdings. So much for self proclaimed industry leader in implementing FAR Part 117... Should've run a few mock bids eh BB?

Question for the RAH folks regarding cancellation pay.

Lets say you have a line worth 80 hours and you have 15 hours worth cancel for the month (I know, its extreme but hey, its winter time).

What would you be paid for the month - 65 hours (80-15) or 75 (line guarantee)?

Assuming all 15 hours cancel and you do not get reassigned anything you would go down to 75 for the month.

You'll never see a line worth 80 hrs. The min threshold is 83 hrs every month. They usually build you 83-88... So you don't get the option to bid for max days off. With FAR 117 our pairings are horrible. You'll sit at hotels for 30+ hrs and will only make per diem. Go to an airline with trip and duty rigs and cancellation pay

...and isn't clinging to a ridiculously outdated outstation basing model that will never work with the new rest rules.

Unless 17-hour 4-day pairings are to your liking.

Unless you've traded or dropped some trips that lowered your credit below your award line value.

For example, you are awarded a line worth 85 hours..you do some trip trading lowering your line value to 80. Despite still being well above 75 hours, you've "adjusted" your guarantee by 5 hours. Your new guarantee is now 70 hours.
