how are things on the CRJ charter side of the house? I'd love to chat with someone (DEC) an 8/6 schedule doesn't sound half bad, as well as positive space.

Default Interview gouge

Could someone, either PM me, or suggest the current intervene gauge for the CRJ please?

Default Stay away from this place

The previous gouges are correct. The Chief absolutely does stalk you on everything. Whether you fly the CRJ or the ERJ, it doesn’t matter. The schedule is an absolute joke. They’ll say it’s one thing, but eventually you’re told that you are really on call 24/7. Unless you have something in your past that makes it hard to get hired, stay far far away from here.

I was hired as SIC on the CRJ. I’ve enjoyed my short time at Contour. All my interactions with management, HR and other pilots has been positive. Pay on the CRJ was raised to $53,000 first year this month. They send the CRJ new hires to FlightSafety in St.Louis for training. The line captains all seem to be high time retired pilots from United, Delta etc. Contour recently purchased an additional 8 CRJ’s brining the total to 12. They had scheduling issues in the past but it seems to have been worked out. My days off were scheduled and respected. 18 days on and 12 off. Company is currently scheduling 9 duty days followed by 6 off days.

I heard there’s all these sign on bonuses here. What’s the contract commitment to these? And do they expect you to pay the full pre-tax amount in return for leaving?

Would love to hear from some PICs here that can shed some light on how much they’re flying and whether it’s a good place to be

How much flying are the 135/145 guys doing in a month? And what do the duty days look like? I'm curious if you're kept busy while working or if it's a bunch of hurry up and wait.

Captains are flying around 100 a month, FOs are flying around 30-40.

I’m still friends with a flight attendant there and she keeps posting about flying 6 legs a day, which is what I did when I was based in PHX. I don’t miss that for sure

6 legs a day with 10 hour overnights for 4-5 days in a row, 8-15 in a row for captains. Go to JSX

I saw positive space mentioned above. Is there home basing available for either the CRJ or ERJ as a first officer?
