Quote: That’s exactly the attitude Appleton wants you to have .
Take these crumbs and shut the eff up and like it .
You can’t do any better.
Don’t fall for the banana in the tailpipe buddy .
The attitude they want us to have is to "stick it to the man" deny it and get nothing. They would laugh all the way to the bank

The dont have to make you happy, they just need to keep the mediator and the MEC happy

Quote: Most pilots on property don’t make 100k a year. Your math is wrong plus taxes take nearly half. The minimal raise might cover your cell phone or cable bill. If you live pay check to check you already made one bad decision. Don’t make another. Vote no.
There are plenty of FOs that make $100,000 a year. What you choose to do with the extra money is your choice. Some people will pay a bill some will go on vacation but either way, it's more money. Saying no gets you no extra money.

Quote: Agreed .
Good for top senior guys but crap for everyone else . Hell No
More money for everyone. That wasn't the case last time but it is now.

Quote: Where is the language to prevent 3, 4 and sometimes even 5 hour sits in the middle of the day without any compensation? If we were paid after two hours that nonsense would stop . Where are the commuter hotels ? Most regionals atleast offer a couple a month . With these horrible lines and bases we need that .
I could go on and on but this ta only puts us further behind everyone else , regardless of the insulting pay raise .NO
Rigs. Min day. Scheduling limits. General efficiency. We are not other airlines and you came here knowing what we have compared to the others. We have many things that those other airlines would love to have too. With that, you chose to come here.

Quote: I know that . That’s irrevelant and besides the point .
It’s still unproductive
Someone answers your question with a factual information and you tell them it's irrelevant (that's the actual word you were trying to use)... Yea you're still an overly angry person

Those "crumbs" are worth millions of dollars. I'll take them and you can send yours to the rest of us as well!

Quote: If they have money to throw 57k at every new hire that comes through the door why can’t they do that with guys on property?
Roll that into pay rates and I’m a yes , otherwise hell no
Did you get paid a signing bonus to come here? If so, don't be a hypocrite. That played a part in you choosing to come here. If the bonuses weren't getting pilots in the door, then we might have a claim for redistributing that money. The MEC said that they asked for that anyway and the company said no.

The mec asked for bonuses into pay rates and the Co said no?
Enough said .
Thank You
Now we are going to say No

That would require crediting 200 hours a month at year 2 pay I would love to meet the guy who does this when there is no critical, and very limited open time. Not saying you’re full of it, BUT......... it’s not possible

And the bickering amongst ourselves and throwing baseless insults continues, further ruining what’s supposed to be a cohesive union...what happened to rational, thoughtful conversation?

Some make it during their first year with the nearly 60k bonus included. They take a pay cut second year and make no where near that. Even with the upgrade in 2-3 years they aren’t making 100k.

VOTE NO.

Not to mention the bonus is 31k first year for most. If one is in training for 3 months they would barely get to 100k a year if they finished training in 3 months then somehow immediately got to 200 hours a month on reserve with no critical... still not possible

How convenient that you didn't answer the question...Again! How much of a bonus did you take when you came here? Why are you so special that you should get paid the bonus and it should be eliminated for all future new hires going forward?
