There are some RAH pilots on here that are effectively posting to get each of these threads closed. They post things to get people off the original topic of what is going on and the pay that they will get for flying the 190's. By doing this they cause the thread to drift and get locked.

If I were the mods I would not lock these threads, a few RAH pilots are intentionally trying to get them locked so they just disappear after a few days.

Understood, but when I say "going nowhere fast" I mean exactly that. No matter what we all say or do not say about the matter at hand is fruitless. They ARE going to fly those planes whether WE like it or not. They have NO say in the matter. We can say don't bid for them (190), sick out, etc. but the fact of the matter is they have little choice or say in the matter. All we can do is support ALL of our pilot brothers/sisters at all the affected mis-managed entities, voice our opinions to unions and management and pray, no work towards a cure. Constant bickering at each others companies or rank doesn't get us "anywhere fast" I do not agree with what is happening at RAH and it seems like the pilots there don't either. That horse has been beaten in many closed threads.

Thumbs down Go ahead lower the bar...

We all know how pitiful the FO rates are.

1st Year Jet Blue CA = $88/hr
1st Year RAH CA___ = $64/hr
1st Year Jet Blue FO = $40/hr
1st Year RAH FO___ = $23/hr
1st Year Jet Blue Total Cockpit = $128/hr
1st Year RAH Total Cockpit______ = $87/hr

4th Year Jet Blue CA = $94/hr
4th Year RAH CA___ = $75/hr
4th Year Jet Blue FO = $58/hr
4th Year RAH FO___ = $37/hr **This is the maximum pay for RAH FO's!
4th Year Jet Blue Total Cockpit = $152/hr
4th Year RAH Total Cockpit______ = $112/hr

Let me even go farther for you
12th Year Jet Blue CA = $110/hr
12th Year RAH CA___ = $96/hr
12th Year Jet Blue FO = $70/hr
12th Year RAH FO___ = $37/hr **still only $37/hr!
12th Year Jet Blue Total Cockpit = $180/hr
12th Year RAH Total Cockpit_____ = $133/hr
As much as I would encourage the RAH guys not to accept these kind of pay to fly the 190.. There's got to be more than 10 CA/ 10 FO who have already filled the vacancy bid for MKE. Regional pilots... we have killed our own dream and career's. Now with RAH flying the 190 at such **** a@* rates, Airline managements at UA DL are going to look at that as a way to get their pilots to release scoope up to 99 seats and have regionals do the flying which cements our jobs where we at. The bar has just been LOWERED BY US ACCEPTING THIS FLYING NOT BEDFORD. If you wanted to fly something bigger go to a major.. wait till the flood gates open.. age 65 is creeping for alot of the majors. But if we keep flying bigger airplanes for no money than thats where we will always be..

The righteous indignation from pilots of CRJ-700s and 900s is delicious.

How exactly would you encourage these pilots to do what you ask? What is it that you want them to do?

Take a stand. Make a picket line and see how your scab label holds.

Or, just keep posting here about how everyone else needs to take a stand.

We did take a stand. Exactly one year ago, management asked us to work for basically Republic payrates. We took a stand. They LOCKED US OUT. Now other guys are gladly doing our flying for the payrates that we refused. Now the only standing we can do is in the unemployment line, while our profession is driven into the gutter by people who will fly any airplane at any wage.

Yes, because BOTH the CRJ700/900 & the EMB 170/190 are operated by the regionals for pathetic rates.
